Stephanie Suskind: Angel Investor, Philanthropist, Podcast Host & Visionary
Stephanie is a self-described "positive deviant," charting a unique path that blends business acumen with a passion for human connection. Although she takes pride in her non-traditional approach, she earned a Master’s degree from Florida International University and spent over a decade thriving in the corporate world.
During the U.S. housing crisis, Stephanie managed distressed real estate assets valued at over $100 million and played a key role in marketing, communication, and brand development for law firms and hedge funds. After leaving the corporate sphere, she pursued her entrepreneurial spirit—investing in distressed properties and scaling online sales for new ventures through her consulting firm.
In 2020, Stephanie's efforts earned her recognition as a “Top 10 Social Media Influencer” by Forbes for her LinkedIn presence, where she represented a multi-state housing-related business. This marked a turning point in her career, revealing the power of online platforms to amplify her voice and create meaningful impact.
Following years of personal transformation, Stephanie embraced her true calling to build spaces for authentic connection and internal growth, ultimately leading to the launch of Cultiveu. The show goes beyond the surface to discuss current events, personal development, and the complexities of modern life with a focus on societal and individual evolution.
In her personal life, Stephanie is a passionate advocate for women’s issues and mental health. In 2020, she and her husband founded the Suskind Family Foundation, focusing on causes closest to her heart. She also serves as a board member at Sheba Medical Center and a trustee of the Jewish Women’s Foundation, combining philanthropy with her deep cultural ties as a Miami native and first-generation American on her mother’s side.
Stephanie is also an avid traveler and cultural enthusiast, always seeking opportunities to empower women to live vibrantly and purposefully.
Through Cultiveu and beyond, Stephanie brings integrity, humor, and authenticity to her work—whether she’s guiding by example or calling people out on their bullsh*t.
